Assisted living and memory care addition

Brindley Construction built the original building and has since constructed two expansions; one for assisted living and the other for memory care. In total, the wood-frame structure encompasses 50,000-square-feet of living and common area. The most recent addition was completed in April of 2017. Built for Goodworks Unlimited, the site presented several challenges including rock ledge and poor soil conditions that needed to be overcome.

Brindley used wood-frame construction with brick exterior for the front entrance.
