The Villages of Murfreesboro offers a variety of housing and service options for senior adults in the Murfreesboro area. The 70,000-square-foot facility provides a unique atmosphere with multiple “neighborhoods,” each named for notable women in the history of Rutherford County. The Villages provides independent living with the option of personal care assistance and an 18-unit memory care area. In addition to comfortable individual living units, common areas include a refreshment bar, exercise and physical therapy facility, formal dining room, and an extensive commercial kitchen.
This project was awarded the 2017 Regional Excellence in Construction Award for Residential - Multifamily Projects $5–$10 Million by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of North Alabama.
