This project, owned by Brindley Holdings, LP and leased to the General Services Agency to house the Social Security Administration main office in Murfreesboro, Tennessee illustrates the versatility of a Ceco® pre-engineered metal building. Encompassing 7,500 square feet, the structure features an exterior brick veneer, automotive entrance systems and overall security systems.
Included in the interior are the client service lobby with multiple service windows, public restrooms, three managers’ offices, a break room and restrooms for the Social Security Administration employees.
The brick veneer masks the fact that this is a pre-engineered metal building.
The public entrance features a state-of-the-art security system.
The durable brick veneer enhances the utility of the pre-engineered metal building.
