Restroom renovation
The Brindley team updated the interior of five plant restrooms at Clayton Homes in Rutledge, Tennessee. This project included the demolition of the interiors down to the concrete slab, as well as the installation of all new interior surfaces. We also completed the grinding and finishing of the concrete floor, the installation of new plumbing fixtures, ceilings, doors, and hardware. During the renovation, plant employees utilized temporary outdoor bathroom facilities. Clayton Homes gave our team 90 days to complete the project and we are proud to have finished the renovation in just two months.
