General Contracting

Brindley Construction provides personnel skilled in all aspects of the building process to bring your project from the planning stage to successful completion.

Competitive Bidding/Subcontractor Selection: During the bid phase, we review the work to determine the proper match between each subcontractor’s ability and the complexity of the task. We examine their project history, financial condition, field personnel and client references.  When pre-qualified, bidding is allowed and we typically take three subcontractor bids on each specialty.  Our estimators use state of the art Timberline estimating software and we maintain historical pricing data that helps us insure that prices are in line with current costs.

Construction: It is our responsibility to manage the schedule, budget and construction process.  As your representative, our full-time on site job superintendent makes decisions which balance value, schedule and budget—always in your best interest.  Through this entire stage of the project, progress meetings and status reports are provided to the owner to continue the open communications process.

Punch List: At substantial completion, Brindley Construction thoroughly inspects every inch of the project with the subcontractors to identify and correct discrepancies before final completion.  A second inspection is then held with the Architect to verify that all areas are completed to his satisfaction.  The final walk through is conducted with the Owner, the Architect and the Brindley Construction team to identify and remaining items to be corrected.
